Dentures replace many or all missing teeth with a removable prosthesis — still the most accessible full-mouth solution in dentistry. Complete dentures restore an entire upper or lower arch; cast partial dentures replace several missing teeth using a precision metal framework that clasps your remaining teeth far more securely than old acrylic 'flippers'; and flexible partial dentures (Valplast-type) offer a light, metal-free option for smaller gaps.

The difference between a denture that lives in a drawer and one that's worn happily for years is craftsmanship at the fitting stage. We take primary and final impressions in custom trays, record your bite and jaw relations, and — critically — do a full try-in of the teeth set in wax, so you approve the look, the lip support and the smile line before anything is finalised. Tooth shade and shape are chosen to suit your face and age; a 65-year-old with film-star-white uniform teeth looks like a denture, and we don't make those.

For patients frustrated with loose lower dentures — the commonest complaint, since lower ridges shrink most — we offer implant-supported overdentures: two implants with snap-on attachments transform a floating lower denture into one that clicks solidly into place. It is the single biggest quality-of-life upgrade in senior dentistry, and we'll tell you honestly whether your ridge would benefit.
